Transforming a space into a modern form is never an easy task. It becomes more challenging when it’s a residential space. Harshitaa Poddar and Associates have done something similar in their recently completed Opulenza project. Sprawling across 4500 square metres, we added all the modern additions for an exemplary interior design. We added the finest sourced raw materials in flooring, painting and fittings that match the overall mood of the residential property.
Even though the service of Harshitaa Poddar and Associates transcends in and around Kolkata, we have worked in other cities too. One of our most successful interior design projects was in Dhanbad. We used all the interior design elements that speak volumes about the luxurious choice, space-saving design and modern amenities in the property.
If you look closely at the photos of the project, you can witness the touch of luxury and functional features inside all the rooms. The bedroom is complete with a comfy king-sized bed, with wooden side tables and lampshades on both sides. The floors are made of high-quality marble and are complimented with a touch of wood here and there. The living room has a perfect set-up for guest entertainment and casual conversations, with comfortable sofas and centre tables. The theme and colour of the room vary between spaces. While you can see a liberal usage of lighter colours like beige and brown in the bedroom, the living space has a bolder shade of blue and silver. The combination makes the property one of a kind. It would surely bemuse you: we completed the whole thing within 15 months!
In the initial stage of the Opulenza project, we communicated with the client about their available resources and the way the space should be transformed. It is evident in the visuals that the room is vastly spread at 4500 square metres. The property owner instructed us to add all the necessary luxury features and modern amenities so that the home looks perfect. Based on these, we started our journey of designing the room.
